RANCHI, India, Nov. 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 29:
1. The matter relates to R.C. Case No.10(A)/2019(D), pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, C.B.I. (Parent Court) cum Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad.
2. After some arguments, Mr. Rajesh Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take all the grounds at appropriate stage.
3. Mr. Prashant Pallav, learned counsel for the CBI has got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
