Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been sentenced by the judgment dated 19.09.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi arising out of Complaint Case No.846 of 2016 under section 498A IPC and sentenced to undergo two years SI with a fine of Rs.5000/- and further one month SI upon default under section 498A IPC.
