RANCHI, India, June 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 13:
1. Heard the parties.
2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 191 (1), 192, 190, 132, 196, 299, 293, 326 (f), 326(g), 324 (5), 125(a), 125(b) and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Priya Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag.
3. On 13.04.2025, a procession was passing through Tarbechba Masjid, Jhurjhri, G.T. Road. Some people started pelting stones on the procession. This incident resulted in the free fight.
