RANCHI, India, Sept. 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 7:

1. For the reasons stated in the application duly supported by the affidavit of the appellant, we find sufficient cause to condone the delay of 109 days crept up in filing of the appeal.
2. Ordered accordingly.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to the appellant to file a review petition before the learned Writ Court.
