RANCHI, India, Dec. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 10:
1. The instant interlocutory application being I.A No.13510 of 2025 has been filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 205 days in preferring the Civil Review No.139 of 2025.
2. It has been contended on behalf of the applicant/review petitioner that Civil Review No.139 of 2025 has been filed for review of the order dated 03.09.2024 passed in L.P.A No.408 of 2024 whereby a direction was passed directing the respondents to disburse the balance amount of compensation to the petitioner, however, no direction was passed with regard to payment of statutory interest on the delayed amount of compensation.
