1. Heard the parties.
2. The claim for compassionate appointment of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that her application was filed after more than 04 years 09 months and 21 days of the death of her father.
3. Admittedly, the father of this petitioner died on 08.05.2017. Admittedly, the uncle of this petitioner, on behalf of petitioner, filed an application for grant of compassionate appointment on 23.08.2017. This application is at Annexure-1, at Page 12 of this writ petition.
