RANCHI, India, May 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 28:
1. Status report of Matrimonial O.S. No. 236 of 2023 has been called for and received. As per Status report, it appears that the petitioner of this case (Opp. Party in O.S. No. 236 of 2023) has already appeared before the concerned trial Court in O.S. Case No. 236 of 2023. The status report also shows that the case is pending for evidence of the petitioner and one witness has also been examined.
2. Opposite Party is not present.
4. Therefore, at this stage, transfer of the case does not appear to be justified and in consequence thereof, the instant Transfer Petition is dismissed.
