2. By filing this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to pay her salary and other benefits in terms of the recommendation of the 6th and 7th Pay Revision Commission with all consequential benefits w.e.f 14.09.2008.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was earlier appointed as Lecturer in History in Gossner College, Ranchi (minority aided institution) on 01.07.2002 against post which was non-financed by the State.
