RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :-
"for issuance of appropriate writ(s) / order(s) /direction(s) commanding upon the respondents to provide the certified copy of the Khatiyan (Parcha) of Jamabandi No.71 of Mouza Behran, NO.321, P.S. Devipur, District Deoghar, to the petitioner forthwith."
3. In pursuance of order dated 26.11.2025, Mr. Naman Priyesh Lakra, Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar is physically present before this Court.
4. It has been submitted that the demanded document has already been supplied to the petitioner and as such the present writ petition has become infructuous.
