RANCHI, India, June 24 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 27:
1. The petitioner is accused for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. Initially the F.I.R. was lodged against 6 to 7 unknown criminals. In course of investigation, the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of the alleged confessional statement of coaccused Rahul Kumar Pandey.
