RANCHI, India, Nov. 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 13:
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not intend to press this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the same.
Permission is accorded.
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
It goes without saying that the withdrawal of the instant civil miscellaneous petition will have no bearing so far as Original Suit No. 14 of 2016 (renumbered as Original Suit No. 25 of 2020) is concerned.
