Apprehending his arrest in connection with Hariharganj P.S. Case No.89 of 2024 instituted under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the informant sold his truck to the petitioner, with the condition that he will pay Rs.16,00,000/- to Tata Motor Finance Company and Rs.1,21,000/- to the informant but the petitioner only paid Rs.5,50,000/- to the said Tata Motor Finance Company and refused to pay the rest amount.
