RANCHI, India, June 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 27:
1. The petitioner is accused for the offence punishable under Section 305 B.N.S., 2023.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. The brother of the petitioner (the pairvikar of this case) is owner of shop, namely Alka Jewellers, Chutia, Ranchi. The petitioner has been made scapegoat by co-accused Bishnu Kumar Sonar who is an employee in the said shop. There is alleged recovery of some of the stolen jewellery from the house of co-accused, namely, Bishnu Kumar Sonar who has already been granted regular bail by the Principal Di...
