RANCHI, India, April 3 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 4:
1. Heard the parties.
2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 529 of 2021 for the offences registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag.
3. On 20.12.2021 at about 4.00 p.m., Informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Nawadih river bridge. Accused persons looted Rs. 1.55 lakhs and other valuables from him.
