2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 160/2025 arising out of Kunda P.S. Case No. 55/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 352/2025, for the offences registered under Section 80(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IX, Deoghar.
3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Yashoda Devi, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home.
