RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable under Sections 386/387/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. During course of investigation, he has been remanded in the present case on the basis of alleged confession made by him before the police in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024.
