RANCHI, India, Jan. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 18:
No one turns up on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls.
Learned Addl.P.P. appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submit that there is no merit in this case, hence, the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting this case.
Accordingly, this case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
