The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Haidarnagar P.S. Case No.50 of 2024 registered under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons attempted to murder the informant and her daughter and caused grievous injury to her.
