The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for the following reliefs: "For issuance of appropriate Writ or Writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the Concern Respondents to immediately grant approval of selection of petitioner in the post of Atirikt Anganwari Sewika saha Poshan Paramarshi for the Anganwari Centre, Khatnai -I, District Godda, due to the reason that Petitioner got highest marks in the Gram Sabha held on 04-11-2016 but till date Appointment Letter (Chayan Patra) has not been issued to the petitioner, without any proper reason;
