1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 164/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 324(2), 125 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri M. K. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Ranchi.
3. On 10.08.2025 at about 4:00 P.M., the informant alongwith her family members had gone to Kav's Restaurant. At about 5:30 P.M., while they were returning from the restaurant, her granddaughter and two members were crushed by a Fortuner vehicle. The petitioner happens to be driver of the said vehicle.
