Apprehending their arrest in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.39 of 2024 (Cyber Case No.82 of 2024) instituted under Sections 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (B), (C), (D) of I.T. Act, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
