JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR VIJAY PASWAN V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, Oct. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 9:

1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gomia P.S. Case No.98 of 2022, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 379, 411, 34 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come only on suspicion and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has received the notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and that has also been replied.
