Case No.83 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/118(2)/109/125/3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division cum Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag.
