RANCHI, India, Dec. 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 25:

2. The writ petitioner, who is grandson of the original claimant, has sought compassionate employment in place of his deceased grandfather.
3. The learned Tribunal passed an award on 12th February, 2013 by observing "hence no dispute award is passed". The reason for passing such an award was that the workman did not lead any evidence and obviously the employee could not lead evidence once the workman had failed to lead.
