RANCHI, India, Sept. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 8:
1. Surviving defect is ignored.
2. Mrs. Diksha Rani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction of Mr. Raj Nandan Chatterjee, who is Advocate-on-Record seeks permission to withdraw this application.
3. Mr. Subodh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the State has got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
