2. This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 22.05.2017 (decree signed on 05.06.2017) passed by the learned A.J.C. XIII, Ranchi reversing the judgment dated 23.12.2009 (decree signed on 08.01.2010) passed by the learned Sub-Ordinate Judge-I, Khunti in Title Suit No. 5 of 1996.
3. The matter has remained pending before this Court since 2017 and the order-sheet of this case reveals that on 03.01.2023, prayer for adjournment was allowed by way of last chance.
