This appeal is directed against the order dated 16.01.2025 passed in B. P. No. 9 of 2025 arising out of Madhupur P. S. Case No. 265 of 2024 by the Additional Sessions Judge I, Madhupur (Deoghar) whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
It has been alleged that three unknown miscreants had come on a motor-cycle and exploded bombs on the wall of Dr. Samim, iron gate of Md. Nousad and courtyard of Nilu Devi.
