RANCHI, India, Sept. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 8:
1. On instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
