This appeal is directed against the order dated 29.01.2025 passed in A.B.P. No. 1822 of 2024 arising out of Bengabad P. S. Case No. 153 of 2023 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Giridih whereby and whereunder the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.
