MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517055396 A) filed by Eli Lilly And Company, Indianapolis, on June 9, for 'synthetic nucleic acids including astrocyte-directed promoter constructs and methods of using the same.'
