Venkat Kumar; Dr. Puteri Shafinza Abdul-Rahman; and Dr. Gopinath Venkatraman, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Dec. 6, 2025, for 'surface modification of biodegradable vascular stent with sirolimus loaded chitosan/heparin nanoparticles to treat and prevent thrombosis formation in the vascular system.'
