MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514002755 A) filed by Patech Fine Chemicals Co. Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan, on Jan. 13, for 'refrigeration lubricant and working fluid including the same.'
