MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441032991 A) filed by Rk Pharma Inc, Pearl River, U.S.A., on April 25, 2024, for 'novel synthesis of acoziborole using novel intermediates.'
Inventor(s) include Ravishanker Kovi; Vure Prasad; and Gouda Venu Kumar.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 31, under issue no. 44/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a new process for synthesis of Acoziborole compound of Formula-I. The present invention further provides a process for a new intermediate of Formula-2 and its use in synthesis of Acoziborole of Formula-I."
