MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517095305 A) filed by Publichnoe Aktsionernoe Obshchestvo Novatek, Tarko-Sale, Russia, on Oct. 3, for 'method for producing low-carbon hydrogen from ammonia through ammonia cracking "ammonia cracking technology-3000" and a plant for its implementation.'
