MUMBAI, India, Oct. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441031923 A) filed by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on April 22, 2024, for 'method for performing in-loop filter processing of video encoder and video decoder by electronic device.'
