MUMBAI, India, Dec. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511101944 A) filed by K. R. Mangalam University, Sohna, Haryana, on Oct. 23, for 'hybrid cooling in motorcyclist apparel for heat to cold transitions.'
