MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517097779 A) filed by Nippon Steel Corporation, Tokyo, on Oct. 10, for 'hot-dip plated steel material.'
Inventor(s) include Furukawa Shinya; Tokuda Kohei; and Goto Yasuto.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This hot-dip plated steel material comprises a plating layer having the chemical composition of more than 10.0% and less than 45.0% of Al, 4.0 to 15.0% of Mg, 0.01 to 2.0% of Si, and at least one of 0.03 to 5.0% of Cu and 0.03 to 6.0% of Ag with the balance of Zn and impurities.
