MUMBAI, India, March 15 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202415102768 A) filed by Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device, Ltd., Ibaraki, Japan, on Dec. 24, 2024, for 'gate drive circuit and power conversion device.'
