Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Functionalized Fabric' Filed by Owens Corning Intellectual Capital, Llc

MUMBAI, India, Jan. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202417073066 A) filed by Owens Corning Intellectual Capital, Llc, Toledo, U.S.A., on Sept. 27, 2024, for 'functionalized fabric.'

Inventor(s) include Blandin, David; Boucard, Nadege; and Jouannaux, Julien.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 31, under issue no. 05/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Herein is described a functionalized fabric comprising a fiber fabric and binder having a glass transition temperature of about 75 C or less, wherein the binder constitutes up to about 5 wt.% of the functionalized fabric."
