MUMBAI, India, May 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202341079940 A) filed by Viatris; and Mylan Laboratories Ltd., Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, on Nov. 24, 2023, for 'complex of trisodium sacubitril-candesartan.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Ramakoteswara Rao Jetti; Bommareddy Aggi Ramireddy; Narasimhamurty Pilli; and Dr. Sureshbabu Jayachandra.
The application for the patent was published on May 30, under issue no. 22/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides an amorphous trisodium sacubitril-candesartan complex. It also provides a process for preparing the same."
