MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517080976 A) filed by L'Oreal, Paris, on Aug. 26, for 'at least two-part lightening agent comprising a silicate in a particular content, a peroxygenated salt, a compound of amino acid type, a (poly)carboxylic acid and an oxidizing agent.'
