MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311083054 A) filed by Ishwar, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, on Dec. 6, 2023, for 'artificial chlorophyll.'

The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "By artificially producing chlorophyll - The chlorophyll which we take from nature for medical use has harmful effects on plants and can not be preserved for a long time and chlorophyll can be used on photosynthesis so that we can reduce the greenhouse effect and can generate electricity.
