MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517057031 A) filed by Calico Life Sciences Llc; and Abbvie Inc., San Francisco, on June 13, for 'anti-papp-a antibodies and methods of use thereof.'

The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided herein are anti-PAPP-A antibodies. Also provided are methods of using such antibodies to treat PAPP-A associated disorders such as kidney disease."
