Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'A System And Method For Pothole Repair Using Recycled Crumb Rubber-Based Bitumen Composition' Filed by Graphic Era

MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511116724 A) filed by Graphic Era, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on Nov. 25, 2025, for 'a system and method for pothole repair using recycled crumb rubber-based bitumen composition.'
