MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202341087799 A) filed by Kms Healthcare Private Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Dec. 21, 2023, for 'a sachet composition of spirulina.'
Inventor(s) include Muniyandithevar Ganesan.
The application for the patent was published on June 27, under issue no. 26/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a sachet composition of spirulina which is substantially free of the bitter taste of spirulina wherein the composition is prepared using the flavouring agent and aspartame in the ratio of 4:1."
