MUMBAI, India, Dec. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511101878 A) filed by Graphic Era, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on Oct. 22, for 'a nanoparticle delivery device for precision cancer drug targeting.'
