India, March 24 -- MSTC LIMITED has issued a tender notice titled "Auction for Rcc Covered Building (Quantity: 1 No)" with the tender reference no.: MSTC/BLR/APMC Tumkur/1/Tumkur/25-26/510[496886].
The tender details are as follows: RCC Covered Building
Pre Bid EMD of Rs.25,000/- will be converted into security deposit and it will be transferred to APMC from MSTC once bid is accepted,this amount will be kept with APMC and after successful completeion of the project APMC Tumkur will refund Rs.25000/- directly to H1 Bidder(Detailed Terms mentioned in Annexure)
The expression of interest should be received by April 7.
