The tender details are as follows: Air heating element of finned heater 300 mm (max) long made out of 11 mm dia ss321 tube with MS nipple 5/8-inch X 25 mm, shall be provided in front of the blower of hot case in LHB hot buffet car a nd secured in such a way to allow maximum air flow through the heater.
