The International Big Cat Alliance (IBCA) team, led by Mr. Soumitra Dasgupta, presented a cheque of rupees three crore to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu for the conservation and management of the newly notified Tsarap Chu Conservation Reserve.
