Petitioner has approached this Court by way of the instant petition for directions to respondents No.2 to decide the service appeal of the petitioner in time bound manner.

2. Petitioner is stated to have filed appeal (Annexure P7) on 27.3.2023 against the office order dated 6.12.2022 (Annexure P-5), issued by respondent No.3.

3. The prayer as made by the petitioner is justified, as the disciplinary proceedings including the service appeal are required to be decided in time bound manner.
